What is consulting? 

In consulting, a team of consultants (you!) help an organization to solve problems and define strategies. 

What does Oxford Consulting Initiative do?

OCI is a student-run consultancy that matches enthusiastic student consultants with high-potential startups.

I do not have a business background, can I apply?

Yes! OCI welcomes consultants with diverse degrees, education levels, and interests to join. This way, every team member will have something unique to contribute! OCI also hosts training workshops every year to help OCI members think and communicate like consultants. 

I am actively pursuing a career in consulting or business, how will joining OCI help me?

As OCI’s clients are startups, you will have direct access to bright and hungry founders and directors who are challenging the status quo. We also encourage you to apply as a Project Lead, which will help you to gain invaluable leadership skills.
